Our drop-off/pick-up center allows our customers to have a full surveillance spot to drop off and pick up their vehicles without the hassle of driving to the heart of Alpharetta. We currently have multiple morning and evening shuttles. We strongly suggest making an online appointment or giving us a call to schedule a time. Our goal is to have the vehicle dropped back off the same day for general services and a 24/48-hour turnaround time on most repairs. If not done within the allotted time frame, one of our service writers will keep you updated.

Meet Our Owner

Austin Blanton

Owner

Austin, a lifelong car enthusiast and naval veteran, started his career fixing diesel equipment in the US NAVY. After serving his term in the military, he started working for the business he currently owns at only 22 years old.

At a young age, Austin knew he wanted to make a career in the automotive industry and purchased Import Auto Repair at age 28.

Austin's goals are simple. Allow his business to stand out for not only its integrity but a transparent repair process that all customers can understand and relate to. He hopes that Import Auto Repair will not only continue its legacy for being the first import specialty shop in Alpharetta, but the most professional yet personable shop around.

This company did a terrific job on my Land Rover LR4. They replaced the brakes and rotors, did a wheel alignment and changed the oil in just a few short days and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Import Auto Repair. As a side note I have an injured dog so the owner Austin even brought the car to my house. How cool is that!

I’ve used Import Auto for over 5 years and they have always been very upfront and honest. Austin and team do a wonderful job keeping you updated with the status of your car (via text and the app). The new Milton drop-off / pick-up is super convenient too. If you want fast honest service then Import Auto is worth a try.

All around great service! Currently visiting from Florida. Having a old battery and these record low temperatures the battery died on us. Spoke with many BMW dealerships didn’t have any availability for five days spoke with Stephen and he was very accommodating helped us out same day and was very informative when it came to questions about the vehicle checking other things on the vehicle and general knowledge on import automotive vehicles. Was very worried that the car was having issues at such a low mileage but after the discussion with Stephen and their thorough inspection had nothing else to worry about and made it back to Florida fine. Car is running in great shape more of a supporter in import cars now due to the discussion with Stephen it was very clear that they are specialist due to the amount of information and knowledge gained in such a brief discussion which was freely given. With a newborn being added into the mix it was a very stressful situation which was de-stressed thanks to Stephen and his shop! Thank you again!

I have used Import Auto Repair for almost 2 years. They do a great job in getting car fixed and getting it back to you quickly. The team is always willing to work around your schedule and the mechanics do a great job. Once it’s problem is fixed it is done and no need to come back to look at it again. The remote location is very easy as well. Just drop off your car and they take care of it without having the hassle of driving to Highway 9.

Austin and everyone at Import Auto are great. I had an emissions issue that was difficult to fix. They diagnosed and worked on the vehicle until it was properly fixed. I’ve also used them for other general repairs. The drop off location at Birmingham Village is very convenient, as is the loaner car availability. Would highly recommend
