I was highly recommened to take my vehicle (my s350-my baby) to Bimmer-Benz by a friend of mine. I was very excited because I didn't have to wait for an appointment 2 weeks with the dealership that I had always taken my car to. As I arrived to the shop I was somewhat disappointed in the staff. I am used to the friendly staff of my dealership. There was a gentlemen speaking with someone in the corner of the office. I asked the gentlemen was Mr. Campbell available. He looked at me and continued his conversation. Soon after, a friendly young lady came to my assistance. To my dismay, the gentleman that ignored me was actually Mr. Campbell. I was vey disappointed. This experience started off extremely wrong. After Mr. Campbell finished with his corner conversation, he decided to introduce himself to me. I explained what I needed done to my car and he seemed somewhat unattatched to anything that I was saying to him. Unprofessional would be the nicest thing that I could say of our conversations. I was there for business, not anything else.
I was told that the work needed would take a couple of hours. Two hours turned into four because I had to wait through a lunch break of the staff. After paying for my car, I did not feel good about my visit. Little to my knowledge, the work that I paid for was not done properly. I tried to call and speak with Mr. Campbell, but I could not reach him nor would he return my calls. I returned with my car and he would not take ownership of what went wrong. I would never recommend anyone to visit or even consider getting there car repaired there.
