      I have been taking the last two MBs and several BMWs to Ultimate Euro Repairs and have found their no nonsense review of what is needed to be done when you bring in your car a real breathe of fresh air. Raul and Santiago are excellent on there knowledge and honesty. Great combination, but hard to find. I will be a loyal patron for years to come.

      terrible....Raul and Santiago were recommended by my father who used them frequently .My father was also in the auto repair business and brought and reffered lots of people to them. Even brought his own s600 to Raul.My father had recently passed away and my mom needed an alternator. When we received the car back the radio didn't work. It needed the code. Raul made my mother cry ....I had to go down there myself, they were rude with me two. The radio worked when we dropped the car off but not when we picked it up... Do you think a Mercedes dealer would do that to a paying customer. or tell them to go by a new radio its not there problem. It took me threatening them to get them to do the right thing and have the radio the same way it was when it came in. They then had the nerve to tell us to never come back . Guess what buddy we wont and no one else I know will . I will also make sure to warn other people about your nasty attitude and the disrespect you showed to a women . Small office and waiting room that smells like sweat. What a dump.Don't be fooled by the good reviews . Very Petty people who were mean to a women and her son who just lost there loved one.I don't believe the good reviews that they go above and beyond that wasn't our experience.If there is a problem they will show there true colors.

      I have my cars repaired by Ultimate Euro Repairs. These guys, Raul & Santiago are great. They know more about Mercedes - Benz then the dealer.
