After contacting numerous European shops in the south Miami area, I came across JSB. The first impression on the phone was very professional and on point of what I needed. My convertible top has not been working, spent lots of money at other shops to diagnose and change parts to no long term fix. I scheduled my appointment, from start to finish I was impress with the service I received the money I paid, I was even credited the diag charge, applied to my repair and now after 60 days of my top functioning as should. I am a happy driver again. I recommend this team for any European repairs. Their shop is visited by some truly beautiful vehicles . They offer everything a car needs, service tires even a collision shop. JSB is my shop for all my repairs. Thanks Chris-Victor and all the team!

Gio is very unprofessional to work with!! I had a terrible experience with the company and especially Gio. My car was there close to 3 months and Gio kept promising ,every single week that the car would be ready for 2 months straight! Then they call me on Aug 3rd to tell me that the car will be ready on Aug 8th, so now I was really excited that I will take the car home. I call them Saturday the 8th of

August to pick up my car all excited and they said the car is not ready again ..... so now they call me Aug 11th and told me the car is 100% ready for pick up. I go pick up the car and once I'm home the door handle doesn't work to get out of the car. They should test every part of the car that they worked on before they release the car on the street for safety reasons. What if I got in to an accident and the passenger won't be able to get out of the car because the door doesn't open.

Drove from Fort Lauderdale down to Miami to visit JS benz, First I was shown around the shop, I was like in ah,, not only does he have Mercedes in the shop that is working on, he has about 20 of his own. We talked about him making some headers, marrying up a spare ECu to the car, And a whole bunch of other things I know Jackie was taking notes as to what I was requesting, I am pleasantly pleased with what I saw in the shop, will drop my car off their next week, and see if I can hit the 500 hp Mark. From what I've seen so far, if you have a Benz, And you want something done at a reasonable price, you need to take it to JS benz and see JR,

I visited JS Benz today for the first time after seeing the reviews on here. I can't believe how true they are. First i met Jacky and she gave me an estimate and right away i felt very comfortable. After that i met JR and i must say what a great guy he is. We talked alot about cars and his passion for MB and for racing. Then the technician showed me and explained everything that i needed to do to my car in order of priority. Overall an excellent experience with very honest people which is exactly what you should be looking for when servicing your Mercedes Benz. So far i can say i highly recommend you bring your car here.

There is no better place to have your car maintained and/or repaired. These folks are top notch professionals in every respect. Speaking of respect, Jackie and JR will treat you like family, and you may just learn a thing or two about life. These are highly skilled honest people with integrity. Seriously, it doesn't get better than this. I bought a BMW from JSBenz a couple years ago and my wife has her Mercedes serviced here. I can honestly say that we look for reasons to take our cars to JSBenz just because we want to hang out with these people. They have become dear friends and my wife and I just love the entire family. They have the coolest kids on earth, too! You will love the service and wonderful atmosphere. Jackie will probably hook you up with something tasty while you wait...even if you have to wait, all all. JR gets you in and out lickity-split! Take your car here; or better yet, buy your next car here! You'll have a great time either way. I promise you, you will look for reasons to go back to JSBenz!

I own 2 Mercedes Benz my wife drives a 2003 S430 which I had JS Benz upgrade for me with an AMG package, I was very pleased with the service so had the whole vehicle facelift and happy to say that this vehicle looks and drives amazing. My car needed a computer repair which the part alone cost over $1800.oo they were able to repair my computer and saved me lots of money, This facility is not only trustworthy and experienced , they are capable of repairing any electronic component that normally would have to be replaced. I personally drive a 2006 S55 amg and happy to say that JSBenz allways gets all my request done in a timely and affordable fashion, This staff takes the time out

to explain all cost and options involved in all my repairs. I have been using this facility for over 3 years now and would recommended anyone looking for a good honest Technician. This place is not only professional and experienced but also a nice place to visit..
