    If there was an option for a NEGATIVE STAR, I would select it! I came into Euro Specialists a couple weeks ago with my 2007 S550 for suspension issues. I've been there years ago with my ML320 for service but I have to say I will NEVER go there again. In part because Brandon! After talking with Brandon for about 30 seconds, I noticed an arrogance and cockiness about him which I didn't appreciate. They quoted me a diagnostic fee of approx. $115 which is fine but the next morning (Friday) about 11:00 am he tells me that I will be charged another diagnostic fee. When I asked why? He replied that they needed extra time to gain entry to the valve block. Now, apparently Brandon didn't realize that I know exactly where the suspension valve block and air compressor are located which I can access by simply removing a debris cover at the bottom of the car. In any event, I agreed to the additional diagnostic charge in part because I am already $115 into the diagnostic! By the way, I have NEVER in my life been charged (2) separate diagnostic fees on one visit to a dealership and/or repair shop. At 4:00 pm (5 hours later), I call to inquire on the status of my car. I think it is sensible that any customer would have expected a call back in the next 5 hours regarding a diagnostic? Brandon happens to pick up the phone and casually tells me that he was going to give me a call in the next hour! Apparently, 6 hours is acceptable to Brandon and this establishment! To add fuel to the fire, Brandon insinuates that I should have been charged yet another diagnostic fee (Yes, this would be 3 separate diagnostic fees for one visit) because they took additional time investigating the issue with my suspension. I replied, "So you have been working on my car for the last 6 hours apparently since I didn't receive a follow-up call?" Of course, Brandon didn't have a noteworthy response. I brought my car in Thursday, towards the end of the day and Brandon tells me Friday before they get ready to close that I will have not have my car until the following week! This place is CLOSED weekends and closed at 5:30 pm on weekdays. You think they would tell a customer up-front that they could possibly be without their car for a number of days so they can plan accordingly. Well, I guess that makes too much sense. All in all, my car is fixed now and I have rarely seen such unprofessional conduct and plain negligence as I experienced at Euro Specialists! What did Brandon have to say for himself you wonder? You guessed it, "Sorry"! Tell you what Euro Specialists, I will match your "Sorry" with my own for NEVER coming to your shop for service ever again!

    This was my first visit to Euro Specialists. I was referred there by my son who recently had his vehicle serviced here. My Benz had developed a cluck sound from my front suspension. I was initially impressed by the cleanliness, of the facility and by the friendly professional staff. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a written quote. It was late on a Friday, they had to order the parts, so I made an appointment to return the the following Monday to have them perform the repairs. Upon my return the shop was as before extremely clean, and organized, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The repairs were done quickly an for substantially less than the local Benz dealer. They washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior before delivering it to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will be taking my vehicle back for scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

    This is my first time owning a Mercedes SL500 (my dream car).

    A friend referred me to EURO Specialists. I am very impressed with the entire staff and quality of work. Jim and the team were great to work with. Everything was repaired and the car runs like a champ. I would highly recommend taking your luxury vehicle here.

    I've been using Euro Specialists for about 5 years for my Mercedes and a Mini Cooper. They are always pleasant and efficient and care about their customers. I feel like I'm getting good advice and not being sold services that I do not need. It's nice to deal with people you can trust. Thanks!

    I was referred to this shop by my daughter who owns an Audi. This is a very friendly and professional shop. Their cost of repairs is extremely competitive and makes you wonder why pay the high cost of repairs at the dealer. I am very pleased with the services rendered to my vehicle.

    I have been a satisfied customer now for approximately four years. From the office staff to the technicians, my experience as been a very positive experience from day one. I like the excellent customer service they provide. I like the courteous friendly atmosphere and the way they communicate with you during the service on your car.     I have used Euro Specialists for regular maintenance and repairs over the past two years. Every visit has been an awesome experience. It is a pleasure visiting an immaculate facility with honest and courteous customer service. I would highly recommend them and am so glad I have found an alternative to my dealership service.

    Dread is the feeling I used to have about getting my Mercedes serviced. I had to call when the agent assigned to my car,he/she was not usually available, and I had to a message, and wait for a return call. He/She would then set up an appointment within 1 or 2 weeks. Communication from the agent was poor and inconvenient.

    AT---EURO SPECILAISTS INC.--- I only feel confidence when my Mercedes needs service. I call and speak to someone immediately, and have an appointment within 24 to 48 hours. The vehicle is serviced and notification of any unforseen issues are relayed to me for authorization. I feel very comfortable with the diagnosis of the issue, and with their ability to complete the service. I am extremely happy with my experiences at EURO SPECIALISTS INC, recommend them to friends & famiy.

    It is very rare to find such a perfect balance of knowledge, value, practical ability and superb customer service. I had a busy full service shop myself and this family run business is literally the only facility that I would trust for 50 miles around. Highly recommended.

    Since the first service to my Mercedes at Euro Specialist, I've not returned to the dealership. I am charmed by the way I am treated like family and at the same time receiving the most professional service. I never have to guess about what they are doing to my car or what's most important to fix right away if the list gets long and the dollars short. Each time I visit this shop I get a detailed explanation in order of importance of every thing that needs to be done to my vehicle. I feel very confident that I have full information and need not worry about a thing. I have recommended Euro Specialists to my friends and their experience has been nothing less than mine.     Euro Specialist has awesome service. They have been servicing my benz for the last 18 months and I'm more than happy with their female friendly staff and quality of service. They respect your time and have always been very efficient, but exact with all repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. I highly recommend them. They provide a clean, comfortable and customer friendly environment.

    I would recommend anyone with an import to go see Euro Specialists! They have been servcing my Mercedes SL 500 since 2008 and have provided great service and great pricing. I will never go to the dealer again!!!!

    The are honest and have great techs.

    First I must say that the whole staff is like family. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure every detail is taken care of. They have taken care of my 1985 300D for 5 years and its never run better, even though it has 327,000 miles! I recently bought a new C300 (I'll never get rid of the '85) and I know Jim and his staff will take care of it as if it were their own.

    Thank goodness there are still qualified machanics around who care about customer service AND who are honest! Great job Jim and staff.

    Euro Specialists has been great in servicing my Mercedes. The quality of their work has been very good and at a reasonable price. What impresses me the most is how much they care about having me as a customer. What a pleasant experience to walk into such a friendly place where they know my name and my vehicle. I will certainly tell others about them.
