    Owner and operator, Alex, is an ARMY Veteran who graduated from Austin Pea State University with an Automotive Technology Degree. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Alex holds a Master Technician Certificate from Mercedes-Benz.

  • Took my 2016 Mercedes GLE 350 to them to get my AC fixed. Reece set up my appointment. He was excellent! He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. My technician Ruben was great as well. He did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and they offered me some recommended maintenance and repair options. I was able to see a video of the inspection and photos of the electrical wiring that went bad. Bottom line my AC is fully functional again. Which is a must have in this Florida summer heat. All at a reasonable and affordable price. I'm am very satisfied with the service that I received from them and would definitely recommend them to others. As a matter of fact. I also set an appointment for my wife's 2020 GLC 300 to get looked at by them. Definitely check them out

I’ve made three trips to him so far in the last couple of years, and in addition to being reasonably priced, they’re extraordinarily honest about their services and prices.     Taking a vehicle to a mechanic shop (even if at a dealership) was always dreaded; so many times they tried to take advantage of me for being a woman! Not at DSA! They are always professional, honest, and also friendly. Their service has always been top notch to all of our vehicles (which now include four vehicles in total). I feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced with them. Alex, Jaime, and every staff member are always willing to listen and present the best action forward. I’m a customer for life!

    I took my Mercedes to Dealer Service Alternative for some minor engine troubles. I was pleased by the friendly staff up front, the convenient scheduling, and the transparent process of diagnosing the problem. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. I recieved a timely, quality service at a very fair price. Its always difficult finding someone to entrust with your car's care, but I am happy I made the decision to come here and support a local business. I will be coming back!
