I don’t know how to express my appreciation to the Auto Center. 5 Stars is not enough if you ask me. So I’m gonna throw in at least 5 more star total 10 stars. I took my Mercedes for some repair work due to damage of my own making ( yeah I’m a dumb a) I was greeted as always with pleasant courteous professionalism. My Mercedes was repaired in ver timely manner no extensive delays. The was repaired to like a brand new condition I was very impressed and more than satisfied with the quality of the work done. I was also very satisfied with the pricing way way wayyyy below what the dealership would have charged. Thank you Auto Center you have my business for life

This place is the best! On a recent trip from Tampa to Miami my Benz was suddenly disabled on a Sunday afternoon. A red light came on saying "Car too low. Stop! " I pulled into a Sears Auto Center and they told me it was a shock absorber failure and they couldn't fix it and I should go to a dealer. After returning to Tampa and experiencing several frustrating attempts to make arrangements with dealers I found Auto Center in Hialeah by an online search and review of ratings. When I called I got Mary, the manager who is also a trained master mechanic. (When you call a dealer you get a receptionist who tells you that a manager will be assigned once you bring the car in.) Mary immediately diagnosed the problem, told me what the repair was likely to be and the approximate cost. Further, she was extremely friendly and helpful regarding my situation. Throughout the process of getting the car towed and repaired she communicated every step of the way and the repair was done promptly. The price was very fair and surely much less than a dealer would have charged.

I have owned many cars and have gone through many repair and service experiences. In every case, with the exception of receptionists and cashiers, the service people have been men. This was the first time a woman was in charge of the entire repair experience and she turned out to be the best ever! I would give Mary and the Auto Center the highest possible recommendation!
