We were passing through Cupertino when our def light came on. This was on a Sunday so no one was open and we squandered a lot of our 20 starts getting to Monday. Monday none of the four dealerships in the area could squeeze us in. We drove by Mercedes Exclusively (my wife saw the sign) and pulled in to see if he could help us. He did, at a price that cannot be beat. Great people.

I was referred to Mercedes Exclusively by my brother who has been getting his MBCL350 serviced for years by Tony and his team. I brought my E350 in for a B Service and was impressed by the quality of the people, the quality of service and the fair pricing. They finished the work ahead of schedule, and informed me of the car's condition.
I have no reservations about recommending Mercedes Exclusively to any MB owner, you will be happy with your choice..
