Look no further if you really want the low down on your German car and how to properly repair it. I took my sister's Mercedes here and their diagnostic technician really knows their stuff. I really enjoyed working with Saied and Jason. They were really honest and provided a no-bs approach to getting us back on the road. We did the entire transaction over the phone and never had to step foot in the shop! That says a lot about the service. Of course, I'm a car guy that performs the maintenance and upgrades in my own garage. Due to the tight timelines I had to get this car back on the road. I love this business! They are very knowledgeable, responsive, clear in explaining what the car needs and why. Price wise they are very competitive. If you have an issue that needs repair but the car is still under warranty, they will inform you to go have it done at a dealership, free. They are very fast in getting the work done and accommodate your schedule. If they don’t stock a part your car needs, they will order it and delivery is usually no later than next day. One thing I really appreciate is their honesty and integrity - always being honest about the car’s needs and never pushing not needed or not urgent work. They will tell you something might need attention and also when you should worry about it. Saied, the owner, is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Hands down one of the best shops for my German cars! Been going to GMS since i found them on a M3 site when they were located In Sunnyvale and never looked back. They make it easy to make appointments and are very transparent on the services that would be recommend. Nice friendly staff and a really comfy lounge while you wait. Overall great place, would recommend a vending machine though while you wait.
