First off, we have had work done on our vehicles here several times. The reason for this review is for an incident that occurred yesterday. When I went in to pay for my fuel pump repair (@$1082.) The car was pulled up tight in the front, with curbs surrounding, Kirn asked if I'd like it pulled out front and I said yes. (By the way, the car was towed here and had no contact with the building as we watched and it was several car lengths away at all times.) Anyway, immediately upon pulling it out front, I noticed a big green scrape across my front passenger bumper area. When I pointed it out, Eddie said "we didn't do that. I'm the only one that drives the car and I didn't do it..... What do you want me to do, remove the paint? This doesn't look like our paint..." I tried to pick a piece of the paint off the reflector top show him it's an exact match to his wall paint. He still said he didn't do it. Well somebody there did and they are denying it. I couldn't reach my husband at the time of the incident. Eddie proceeded to wipe off all the paint quickly. Anyway, when my husband called and said there's damage to our car they said your car's not in great shape anyway or something to that effect. Needless to say, damage was done, shirking responsibly occurred, they charge $125 an hour!! for labor, and when I originally received the quote, I said that seems very high. I asked how much was the part because online the genuine oem fuel pump from partsgeek.com is listed at $318.65, and the sending unit at $196.73. They charged me $352 and $224 respectively. One would think they would be able to get a discount as well. I'm very disappointed as to how this was handled. I will not be back.

this place was great, shop is very cleaned and profesional I had good experience I will recomend to all my friends and co workers
