  • I've been going to Jason for years now and he has always treated me with respect and top grade work. My Mini Cooper was a mess, but he kept it running well, now it's my 2015 Mercedes CLA 250, top-grade work, and doesn't use the name Mercedes to gouge me. Thanks, Jason.

Jason and the team at BAW are the only people I trust with my Merc and Bimmer ActiveHybrid 3. They've economically and effectively fixed everything from leaking roof to hybrid starter battery replacement. It goes without saying, but is worth emphasizing, that Jason always massively undercuts 'stealership' estimates. Instead of expensive rip-and-replace for all issues, BAW repairs faults when possible, and only replaces (with quality OEM parts) when necessary.

Wow what a great experience! I was visiting Vancouver and after a walk I tried to put the top down on my Mercedes but it got stuck then wouldn’t go all the way up and locked! I also couldn’t get into the trunk which had birthday presents for a party I was going to later that afternoon plus wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive back to Seattle. After reading the owners manual to no avail I reached out to Jason at Bavarian AutoWorks explaining my predicament. This was all at 1pm on a Friday! He hesitantly agreed to look at it so I drove to his shop and within 20 minutes he was able to get the top up and locked plus able to open the trunk! When I asked him what I owed he said just enjoy the rest of your trip and take it to your mechanic when you get home for a permanent fix! I wish I lived in Vancouver because he would definitely be my new mechanic! It’s rare to find a good mechanic and even rarer to find an honest one so give him a try. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
