I had been a loyal customer for about 5 years, but lately everything has gotten sloppy. I would find rags still under the hood after service. I would request that my book was stamped after every scheduled service...hardly ever done. Finger prints still on the hood and windows. My last straw was a few months ago when the car was in the shop for a door lock pull that failed to work...9 days in the shop!!!!..they never called to say it was ready..i had to call them. Such a waste of a reputation, at one time, they did good work at a good price. Plenty of other shops to go to. Im done with Rick and his son.

This used to be an excellent Mercedes & Volvo shop. However, in the past 12 months everything has changed. The service has become substandard, shoddy and the jobs never finished on time. One can not get an accurate quote or diagnosis, a return phone call or anything that resembles the customer oriented place this used to be.

I do not know what has happened to Rick (owner), but instead of taking care of the few customers he has left he is driving them away. Maybe that is why when you drive there at 8:30 in a weekday morning and the shop is still dark.
