Well...I called and spoke to Rick regarding B service on my 2007 CLS550...he quoted me a price which was $200.00 dollars cheaper than Park Place. When I ask him for his last name...he stated just call me Rick...he said it in a tone that was pleasant. Has anyone had any positive experiences with this company
