Bearden Benz Repair has to be the most knowledgeable and honest Benz repair place I ever been to. Very polite, friendly and they do business the old fashioned way and that's good service at a decent price.

We had an old Mercedes that was making severe noises upon braking. We didn't want to put a lot of money into the car because it was over 30 years old. We took it to Bearden Benz for an estimate of the repairs. They were prompt in being ready at the appointed time. They performed a thorough exam and gave us a written estimate. The manager agreed that the car was probably not worth the investment and even suggested we might be able to get the repairs done for less at a shop that didn't specialize in Mercedes. There was no charge for their time or expertise. They were very knowledgeable and even suggested other items that also might present a problem on a car that old.

We took to the car to a regular auto repair shop for a second estimate. Turns out their estimate was within $50 of Bearden Benz.

We haven't decided whether or not to have the work performed but if we do we will certainly use Bearden Benz. Their honesty and candor are unique in today's auto repair world.
