Finally.. I have found a Mercedes repair shop that truly provides the type of customer service from the owner himself without being rude or making statements like “WE don’t provide information that’s why we are in business” which I received from another East side garage. Sam Smyth, Import car service called me back seeing a missed call on his phone to see if he could assist. I was amazed that he took the time to do so while providing me with helpful information to my fuel pump problem suggesting several solutions with follow-up. Thank you Sam Smyth

Mercedes-Benz E350 4matic, excellent service at a reasonable price

Sam Smyth gave excellent service at a reasonable price on my 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic. I needed the 13,000 mile service. Sam fixed it while I waited, gave me tips on how to do it myself if need be. The guys at Sam Smyth Imported Car Service are the best. They are very honest and reasonable. They worked with me in ordering parts. They have saved me a ton of money. I no longer need to go to the Mercedes Dealership. Give Sam Smyth a try; you won’t be disappointed and will return. These guys are great.

WOW! After years of returning to the dealersip for expensive repairs, I finally found a better solution. Sam is knowledgeable, trustworthy and provides only the services that are necessary at a reasonable price, I only wish I had found his services sooner. JEFF.
