I have been a customer at M.D. Motorwerke since their opening several years ago and have always been impressed and satisfied with their knowlege and experience working on my Mercedes E320 and E500 wagons and on my Mini Cooper and Cooper S. I would recommend anyone needing service on their Mercedes, BMW or Mini automobile, whether minor or major, to give them a try. I have 2 cars serviced at MD Motorwerke, a 1996 E300d and 2001 SL500. Dan and Matt have alwasy provided me with courteous, excellent service at a reasonable price. There is no guess work and they know their jobs. I feel more comfortable her, knowing my mechanics then going to a Mercedes dealership and gettign my car thrown into a bull pen. These guys take the time to explain the problem and do a great job on the cars. I wouldnt take my Mercedes' anywhere else unless I wanted to pay more and get less!

I have had my car to Matt and Dan multiple times and always leave knowing my car recieved deal quality repair at a much less price. Matt and Dan always explained what was going on with my car and always points of interest that may become a problem in the future. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Owner / Techs Dan and Matt provide dealer expertise with the service and hands-on quality of entrepreneurs. Both have dealer experience and all repairs and services are done to manufacture specs. They specialize in only MBs and BMWs. I have serviced two E320s (97 and 01) there for the past 4 years without issue. I would recommend them over the dealer based on better service and price, and over ambiguous import shops based on MB experience.
