I was having problems with my drivers side window in my Saab 9.3. After calling them to discuss the issue, they quoted me for $150 - parts and labor. When I took the car in to have the repair done, they called me later to say what they had originally quoted me was incorrect, the car instead needed $450 worth of parts and labor to make the repair. Not being able to afford that price at the time, I asked them to put the car back together, provide a diagnostic so that I could have it repaired in the future, and they STILL charged me $150! Ridiculously bad service, I can't even put it into words. Oh and the best part of the whole ordeal, was that I took my car to another location to have the window repaired and the diagnosis they provided was incorrect! I would not recommend Silver Star even if it was your last option and your car was about to breakdown in front of their building.

I bought a 1995 Jaguar XJS from silverstar on april 26, 2006. I had been looking around for 2 years for this exact color-champagne exterior and oatmeal interior with low miles-73k at the time. My saleperson Bob Prince
was knowledgable and friendly-He is also a car collector as well-porshe, mercedes, etc.Everyone was very attentive and sincerely wanted you to be satisfied with your purchase. I am currently in the market for another car-maybe a Jaguar sedan or another XJS Coupe to match my convertible. I sure will talk to them first before making a purchase!!

I recently was looking for someone new to performs some repairs on my Mercedes. I had have enough difficulties with dealer, I refused to bring my car there anymore. I walked in to Silver Star and was amazed by the great customer service and knowledge of Mercedes. I will never deal with a dealer again. I am so happy with Silver Star's service. I even got my car washed and vacuumed for free. Thanks Silver Star for making my car repair experience great. I will be back in the future.
