Established on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1988, RAGS Mercedes Club is now the largest Mercedes repair facility on the Island. Founder Jim Ragland has now opened another shop in Sagle Idaho with his Dad; Jim 'Rags' Ragland Sr.
R.A.G.S. also means: Repairs And General Service (or) Really A Great Savings...the shop rate is only $35.00 an hour and like any auto club the owner is invited to get involved with their car and repairs.
