They are absolutely the best. I have had my car serviced with Mercedes Complete since the warranty expired 75,000 miles ago. I had to go to the local Mercedes dealer for an ABS warranty repair and they were amazed at how well the car looked and ran. No issues were found during the courtesy inspection. In addition Mercedes Complete pointed out the fact the repair was warranty until 2013. They could have gouged me and didn't.
