We have in the past brought over our VW, and 2 MB for service. With the exception of one shop manager, who is no longer in their employ, we have had honest estimates and good service performed on our cars. Kriss and John run a busy shop and I would not hesitate to recommend Herndon's to anyone who owns a MB.

This place is the worst place ever. A lady by the name of Kriss answered when i called to ask for directions. She was extremely rude and she started asking me questions of why i want to give them my car although i told her many times that i had a Benz. Then i got there and she wasnot cooprative at all. I told her i needed to get an appointment and then she kept saying that everybody on lunch, and she kept reminding me that when i called her, i didnot tell her what was the issue. I dont know what was her problem,she didnot want to help at all and she was completely not helpful.
