I have had the worst experience of my life at this shop. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere..if you are looking for a private shop more reasonable than the dealer, this is not the shop for you, might as well take your car to AUDI, or BMW you will get it fixed cheaper and get your car back quicker! Shop owner wouldn't give me a written quote before the job only verbal(which is illegal in the state of FL), then asked for a significant amount of money for parts before he even started on the car and would not provide info of what parts were needed and the cost for these "parts". I would have chosen another shop if my car was able to start (would have paid another tow) Very difficult to deal with.. Was without my car for weeks in which i incurred a large bill for a rental. Do more research and find another repair shop that works on German cars, there are more out there. The biggest waste of my money and life in general was even associating myself with this shop, terrible, terrible decision which I am still beating myself on the head for with a very large and heavy tire iron..
