While on route from New England to Naples Florida my 2000 SAAB shredded the drive belt and oil line outside of Jacksonville. After searching the internet and checking several locations in Jacksonville I spoke with Ted Miller, the manager at Franz Foreign Car Service. They were able to do the needed repairs without taking advantage of a stranded motorist. If I lived in the area they would be my regular car service location.
