I would definitely recommend Silver Star Motorcars to my friends. My husband and I were very highly impressed with the excellent customer service, trustworthiness, courtesy and demeanor of the staff. I worry every time I go to a MB dealer repair shop because I always feel that they look for anything to add to the bill. I was relieved this time because it's affordable and within my budget. My husband came to pick me up and requested if he could put air on his SUV tires. They saw a nail on his tire and they fixed it with no charge. That is a random act of kindness! I feel that I have found a repair shop that I could trust and I'm definitely coming back here for my car service. Jeff is one example of good is not good enough. Excellent service is what they offer!

Refered to me for my CL which had a problem, took it here and they repaired it right the first time that the dealership did not after two attempts. Great customer service here also. I won't be going any place else from now on. These are Mecedes Benz automotive professionals and with good prices! Service A and Service B are priced much better than the dealership also. QUALITY work here at affordable prices.

Silver Star Motorcars is the only shop I will ever have our cars serviced at from now on. Jeff diagnoised and fixed a problem within 5 mins. that the dealership had overpassed more than once and just charged me for Service B. He also informed me that there were repairs that my car needed that were still under warrenty and took the time to call the dealer and talk to the service manager to confirm. I was even happier when they washed my car before handing me over my keys.If you are tired of the dealership prices and runaround then this shop knows Mercedes and are in the business of pleasing their customers.I have recommended them all of my family and friends
